Thumbs up When smokers are traveling...

... this website might come in handy!

www.airportsmokingrooms.com

Where to find smoking rooms in airports around the world. Check it out, that next 10 hour flight without a cigarette is just around the corner....

I'm sure it is very useful, assuming it's accurate and up to date. How often is the information updated?

Btw, I was very surprised to see Salt Lake City airport as one having smoking facilities. Utah is the state with the lowest smoking prevalence in the U.S. (probably because of all the Mormons living there).

This site hasn't been updated in awhile. SLC has been smoke-free for several years now. Same with TXL, in Berlin.

I found this website, which was updated within the last few months for airports worldwide and as Heike mentioned, SLC only allows smoking outside in designated areas:

https://www.tripsavvy.com/airports-with-smoking-lounges-4091240

I also found this website about a month ago, but, you could spend hours trying to navigate through it and has been mentioned on here before, Atlanta is going smoke free starting Jan 2, 2020:

https://www.airportsmokers.com/

At least it's only around 2 hour flight (not counting the hour before the flight for security and check in) from Spokane to Las Vegas, so its something we just have to deal with.
