Definitely feel it in my lungs. I almost feel short of breath / panicking if I go too long without.

When I wake up in the morning, I can feel it in my lungs. Most any other time itís hard to explain - itís sort of like this itch that needs to be scratched, but I think itís more mental; the urge has my brain telling me to go smoke. Sometimes I just feel ďemptyĒ, for lack of a better description. I guess itís my body telling me Iím out of nicotine.

For me it's hard to pinpoint because I can go hours without a cigarette and not really feel like I really need one. Then there are times I can't Waite to be able to have one and I have trouble concentrating and it seems like time is going by real slow. So when I do have cravings I feel it mostly in my mind and when I do it is usually pretty strong and will start to be all I am focused on till I can light one up. When I do get the chance to smoke after not having one and I am feeling the cravings really bad those first few deep inhailes feel so good and my mind instantly relaxes and I am able to focus on other things again.

It is for me definitely. I feel the need to smoke in my lungs first. If the need spreads beyond that, I have definitely gone way too long without a cigarette and my lungs feel like they are going to collapse and it is all I can think about.

Same here, in the chest. I'd describe it as my lungs feeling empty. They need to be filled with smoke.

I suppose my first clue about cravings, even though we didn't call it an "addiction" back then, was in 10th grade geometry class, which was incredibly boring to me, and all I could think about was how badly I wanted a cigarette.

I begin to sense an edginess inside, a want or desire to satisfy and calm something building inside of me- In simplest terms, a craving, a hunger- It continues to build occupying more of my focus and attention- Want becomes need - I Know there’s no putting it off any longer- it has to be satisfied- Then Unbelievable relief and euphoria that rewards me when I do.

Pretty much the same as everyone else.

You start to feel it your chest and lungs and I've best described it as "that feeling" and we all know "that feeling" and it's that moment when your body is telling you "I NEED A CIGARETTE!" and it only gets worse if you let it linger or you are stuck in a meeting and can't smoke right away.
