Default WILL THIS START A FIRE? pls answer

so I just smoked a cigarette for the first time it was a filterless one so I wasn't sure when to stop so I just put it out when there was like 1/4 of it left and wrapped it in toilet paper and threw it out the window to the side of the house where there is grass and a wooden fence. I am super paranoid that it will start a fire. will it?? if so I have no idea what to do because Im at my dads house and I'm supposed to be asleep so he will be so confused if I go out there to get it at this hour and he will ask why. also I'm pretty sure he was suspicious that I was smoking and he can't find out. SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER ASAP THANK YOU.

If your worried about starting a fire, don't wrap a still lit cigarette with flammable paper and then throw it into dry, flammable brush, next to a wooden fence. That's almost a definition of trying to start a fire. Get an ash tray.

To be certain it's out, use water to extinguish it.

I hope not. The lack of response is making me fear the worst.

Can't understand the reasoning, he was in the bathroom (toilet paper). Sources of water all around him. Just throw it in the toilet and flush, evidence is gone What made him think of throwing it out the window wrapped in toilet paper was the best option?
