I used to be a heavy smoker, about 2-3 packs a day at my most. I'd alternate between different brands, Reds, Camel Filters, and occasionally a menthol. I found that I'd get tired of one brand after awhile and want to swap brands every couple weeks or so. Then I quit altogether I was smoking way too much, and for addiction not so much for enjoyment. I started back again, but this time I'm a lot lighter smoker and smoke for pleasure not the addiction I'll have 2-5 cigarettes a day. Usually now I smoke American Spirits Lights or Nat Shermans on weekends. Each cigarette seems to last longer and burn a lot slower, and I need less to keep me satisfied. |
