I have smoked Pall Mall Gold 100s for quite a few years. My experience has been that when they're good, they're very good. When they're bad, they're very bad. A few years ago, when the fire safe version came out, they were unsmokeable. That changed about 3 years ago. Now the flavor is close to what it used to be. I love the gold pack. The design is classy. I like the 100mm length and the white filter. The flavor is not as strong as it used to be, but that's ok. They're still stronger than most cigarettes in today's market. Negative is that they've become expensive. Good thing I don't smoke every day.

This is a good cigarette actually. But, I wish they came in king size and in hard packs. Taste is ok, price is almost unreasonable, and burn time is adequate. I tried this cigarette once and I am probably not going to buy another pack again. I do not like the 100's or soft packs, the taste, or the price. These also must be a full flavor cigarette, but they are called golds (usually means lights), and have a white filter which is another indication of a lighter cigarette. Overall, I would not buy these again, but they are a good cigarette nonetheless.

I smoked a Pall Mall Gold two years ago when a red-haired lady offeredto give me one. I accepted her cig (the Pall Mall Gold), and I assume this brand is supposed to be a light version of Pall Mall filters. Well, I'll just say this. While that cig I smoked tasted like a Regular light cig indeed...I think I'd rather smoke Seneca regular lights or a non-FSC Marlboro Light over this light cig anytime.

I really like Pall Mall Gold 100's. They are made with premium tobacco. The taste and aroma are excellent!! The gold package with the white & burgandy Pall Mall coat of arms and lettering is classy and elegant looking. Pall Mall Gold 100's came out in the 1960's as the first 100's length in cigarettes. They were made back then by the American Tobacco Company. Now they are made by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. Buy a pack and try them. You will see the quality of the tobaccos!!

I don't know how it's legal they use the word gold in the name , or any other word with a positive connotation frankly. These things taste about as good as smoking a rolled up newspaper. Jeers to Pall Mall golds.
