I am a new smoker, and although I live in Canada and can buy any Canadian brand of cigarettes here, I chose Eve because of it's length, I thought it the packaging looked very appealing, and also just a strong curiosity about what more feminine cigs would be like, which aren't readily available in Canada. From the first puff, I have found the Eve 'Amethyst' lights very pleasant, and tolerable. I got a good draw, and I must say that after I finished one that I did not have an unpleasant taste in my mouth, which dissipates after a short while anyway. After just one, I feel very relaxed, and that I got a good hit of nicotine in me. The smoke is not strong I find either, compared to Canadian brands of cigarettes which I hate. My clothes and hair do not reek of smoke either, which surprised me, another thing I hate about Canadian brands. You get 20 cigs to a pack. The packaging is a nice purple color, another thing that appealed to me as it's my favorite color. My only complaint is that they tend to burn a little fast, but I make the most of them and 'double pump' so that I don't waste any smoke. The price I felt was low, as I ordered them (a pack of 20) duty free online for $12.99. Another factor in choosing them over pricier cigarette brands. I would definitely recommend these to anyone, especially a new smoker like myself.

Just another decent Virginia Slims imitation. The cigarette has a very feminine style with butterfly artwork on the filter. Tastewise these are alright but nothing special and are probably meant just as much as a women's fashion accessory as something to smoke.
