These cigarettes are sold on all U.S. military bases around the word (just under the counter). Price on these has always typically been $1-1.39 before the April 1st schip tax so I would assume they are now between $17-$20 a carton. Taste....I can not tell you what to expect. These cigarettes are simply blended with scraps from various places so the taste between cartons will differ. I did find though the taste seemed similar at times to big tobacco brands (just mixed). Imagine having a cross between a value menthol cig, newport, and marlboro menthol and you got it. When broke and on base what can you do....they do the job and are perfect for cigarette bum handouts.
