Pretty strong red cigarette. Taste is OK but irritates throat and lungs and makes you cough long after smoking.

Chesterfield for East Europeand market can be summarized as a cheap cigarette with chemical taste. I'll take Pall Malls over these any day

the last time i encountered these i found a single, solitary and quite expensive pack at safeway. the taste was very rich, almost a little too rich for me, and the nicotine buzz was almost overwhelming, but i found it to be a good, balanced cigarette in terms of taste; unfortunately like Old Gold this popular 20th century brand seems to be defunct now and quite unavailable

Very good cigarettes. Nicely made, good taste, great buzz. To me, they are better than Marlboro and cost 20% less! What can more want ? Highly recommended !!!

A fair smoking experience. The taste is a bit bitter and harsh, but still it's a smokable cigarette. I'd rather buy a pack of red L&M's or Marlboro's, but if you're poor I recommend Chesterfield cigs.

I bought my first couple of cartons online last year and was blown away by how excellent these taste. They are rich and sweet, like toast and honey if you will. Everyone at my work loved them too! I had one co-worker who described the taste as like "smoking an english breakfast" They are absolutely delicious and I would very highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys the finer things in life.

This is the best cigarette that I have ever tasted. These were one of the most popular brands from the 50's and 60's. The flavor tastes like brown sugar mixed with fresh rolled tobacco. You can easily inhale and swallow the smoke and still get a good flavor. The cigarette is not harsh on the lungs and the nicotine buzz will not knock you down but leave you feeling pleasant. Chesterfields are not sold in the United States so you will have to purchase these in cartons through an online shop, however, it is worth the money.

Quite a nice cig this. A nice strong taste and buzz. My favourite packaging of any cig brand ive tried. So i would say these are far ahead in quality of most well-known brands at this price, so well worth a try.

These cigarettes are difficult to find anywhere including here in India where I live, but I was lucky to find them at Rs.90 a pack - a little bit expensive compared to Rs.75/80 for Marlboro. I just had to try these because my grandfather used to smoke them back in the '50s and '60s while he lived in the US, and even when he came back to India he would ask anyone coming from the US to get him his quota of cartons. Everything he ate, drank, smoked and wore was the best. I was very impressed with the packagaing - convenient flip top box with the same old package design as before which gives it a vintage yet rich, expensive look. When you take the pack out of your pocket, people look at it and want to know more about the brand. I wouldn't know if Chesterfield have remained the same over the years, but I found them to be similar to Marlboro (regulars), but much better taste and aroma, same strength and if I get these here regularly, which I hope I do, my choice now, is very clear. Very good cigarettes. I really enjoyed them. Highly recommended.

Available only outside the US,very popular in Eastern Europe , extremely cheap and extremely good for the money, because you pay for rubbish but you enjoy a premium slow burning cigarette. A good suggestion to broke and also to rich smokers!
