With the title robust it isnt robust at all, its feels like a very mellow cigarette and doesnt match up to camel's name.

I got a pack of these on sale for two bucks at a local gas station. It seemed like a steal of a deal. I was wrong I think I over paid. There is no difference between regular camels and these to me, except these leave me with a really bad sore throat. From now own if I want something Robust I'll load up my briar pipe with some tobacco.

Seems to me everyone seems to either love or hate these cigarettes. I myself love them. The taste is really good and unique and they are strong, but not so strong that it's really harsh on your throat or anything. I love buying a pack every now and then, but if you smoke them regularly then the flavor gets old.

Wow, I've never had such a shoddy cigarette. I got a pack of these because they didn't have any Turkish Royal, and because I was curious. I should have just bought a pack of regular Camels, because these were terrible. The taste got really old by the first cigarette, and it gave me killer headaches. I didn't think Camel could even think of making such a cruddy cigarette.

"Robust" is way off the mark, they're much weaker than a full flavored cigarette. That said, they go down smooth and have a hint of maple syrup.

I regret trying these. The box looked cool, and I was curious about Camel's then new Signature Blends. These gave me a nasty sore throat, and had a bad taste to add insult to injury. I threw the whole pack out after about 3 cigarettes.

I agree with most of the previous reviews, but I feel that it should be noted that they also leave such a stench behind, rather like a men's room. Maybe that is what they mean by "robust". I was wholly disappointed. I even bought a second pack after my first unpleasent experience with them, because I refused to believe that Camel would put out such a horrible cigarette, and to be sure that something wasn't just wrong with me. But I was right unfortunately, and this is just an inferior cigarette.

Robust? Maybe if the taster was someone with defunct tastebuds and a poor ability to describe flavor. Of all the new "Made to attract underage High School smoker" varieties, these are the absolute worst. "ROBUST" to me is a Menthol regular by any brand that makes them. THIS particular robust is similar to cooking a pot of pasta and adding 1/500th of a teaspoon of weak chili powder to the final product. Avoid these like you would a dog doo on the grass!

Tastes like a cross between Marlboro Reds and Camel Regulars. The flavor is a bit woodier, and the draw seems kind of hard for some reason. They're not bad overall; I got them free with 2 packs of Regulars, which is a nice deal if you can find it.

Not so good, probably the worst Exotic Blend. They are just weird, totally middle of the road. Fairly worthless, wouldn't be surprised to see these phased out.

I have to say, I wasn't a real big fan of these when I smoked them. I've tried The Camel Frost signature blend, and I liked those, so then I gave these a try and I wasn't too impressed. They were a little strong for me and have a real heavy tobacco taste. I'm more of a Marlboro Light Menthol/Camel No. 9 guy, so these just didn't cut it for me. I still need to try camel mellow and camel infused though, to see what those are all about.

I'm a fan of a lot of different camel cigs but I didn't think these were up to par. Wides were better, as were no filters. Even the new no. 9's are better, though if I'm going to buy a camel product regularly in the future it would have to be the wides.
