I've smoked Bali Red for many many years. Its been hard to find for the last couple months but I could always find at least one shop with. Now its back, but it is totally different, borderline unsmokable. For me and many Bali Shag smokers a lot of the appeal was the taste, no birds-eye stems. the new packaging doesn't say Golden Shag anymore, just handrolling tobacco. It doesn't come with papers anymore, it also says its made in Belgium whereas before it was made in Denmark. So to sum up, don't smoke Belgian Bali Shag, its pure crap. Peter Stokkebye brand is available most places in the states and its the same quality as old Bali Shag

This blend by Bali Shag is a unique one,it's a mix of virginia and oriental tobaccos that's of course shag cut which makes rolling easier.The taste is bright ans mildly sweet,but I prefer the dark tasting blends.

On the rare occasion that I choose to roll my own, I always go with this. The tobacco tastes good but 99% of the time I can't be arsed to roll my own. With this brand, it's far easier with a rolling machine unlike other rolling tobaccos.

This is my favorite rolling tobacco. It is easy to roll, as it is cut up well. The taste is sweet, and it burns slow. I recommend this!

Rather sweet when it comes down to it. The tobacco is very fine making for a quick burn, but is also very mild. I usually only buy this during the summer, as it seems to suit my mood best at that time. Keeping the heavier blends away till fall.
