Legends appear to be a house brand available at Hess gas stations. I have seen the signs but was not interested until I saw a pack on the counter and noticed it was a "Forsyth Tobacco Products" brand meaning it is RJR's private label. It carries the flavor of RJR brands and to me there is no better maker out there. Taste surprised me as it was pleasant without that harsh "value cig" taste. At the price point they are pushing this I would recommend anyone looking for a menthol to try them. Down side is they are FSC but.... not a bad FSC as RJR FSC is much better than competitors since it doesn't effect the taste that much but only shares the trait of "DAMN THING WENT OUT". Compared to Sonoma's, Tahoes, and even Mavericks I find this much better.
