So, last year I think it was, flavored cigarettes were banned in the U.S. because OMG, they're making kids smoke!!!! This really pisses me off. I like flavored cigarettes and now I can't have them because some kid out there might start smoking on flavored cigarettes. It seems like we're losing more and more freedoms as time goes on. What's next, banning alcohol mixers because they might make liquor more appealing to kids? People need to be free to make choices, even if those choices are unhealthy.

I'm not political, but I am very distressed that the FDA banned flavored cigarettes, honestly the people living in this world have no idea what is good or bad for you, they say that smoking kills, but they aren't at all discussing about how the Government occupying us arbitrarily is killing us. People are literally working every day just to make crappy wages so that they can't even afford to buy what they really want, thus we're receiving a flawed list of demands and steering off course of where we should really be heading. At the end of the day these people can't even smoke a Chocolate Dream. You'd think that the first black president of the United States would be a fan of Chocolate Dreams, but it looks like those Dreams were last seen with Martin Luther King Jr., the worse part about this is that those cigarettes were made with pure tobacco, and all that are left are cyanide sticks. I loved Chocolate Dreams, and I'm sure I would have loved other flavored cigarettes as well, and infact, I absolutely love smoking, and consider it one of the healthiest hobbies of mine. Tobacco has helped to cure my eye sight, which is developing in stages of thresholds, the power of drugs is both critically underrated and overrated, but either way we have no accurate descriptions for what the effects of our drugs really are. The direction that we have gone is ridiculous, most people will settle for saying that kids shouldn't drink or smoke, I say otherwise, I think that by utilizing the proper conditions of responsibility, our drugs can help children grow, where otherwise they have been stifled from boredom and sitting on their ass in school for eight hours a day.

I agree and great post. I loved the Camel Exotic blends, enjoy one every other day to mark a special moment in the day. What a great product. I forget exactly how much they were but I know they were rather pricey. You really think the 7th grader is going to spend all his pocket money for some cigarettes. Doubt it. All the while they pack globs of sugar and other crap in drinks aimed at youth and no one says a thing. There is no logic here at all.

Sometimes the government is just stupid. I just dont get banning flavored cigarettes because they make kids want to smoke. No, kids smoke because it's taboo. Why not get rid of flavored cigars, dipping tobacco and alcohol? Because cig smokers are not use to flavored cigarettes(other than menthol of course)and they can do without Way to go, government
