| There's hardly a bar left in this state where one can still smoke inside, but certain "private" members only clubs still allow smoking within their walls, can you still light up in the tobacco states like Kentucky and Virginia? |

| Yeah, its not really that bad in the USA though. Some bars here still let you smoke and nobody says nothing. Some bars are tough on it and some aren't. Bars with restaurants are the toughest. A lot of "Hookah" bars have popped up to answer the call which allow smoking throughout their premises. I hear smoking bans really are getting bad in the UK. |

| I could understand the bans a lot better if Tobacco products were illegal for the public to use. Doesn't make sense to me to have bans though if its legal and the gov has to collect taxes on it to support themselves. Limited smoking areas would keep it away from the non-smokers and kids sufficiently like they have at some airports and with some employers. I don't like seeing the government banning something that they collect lots of money from and they claim they can't survive without it. |
