This Act effectively shuts off US Postal Service Priority Mail and US Postal Service International Priority Mail deliveries of these legal products. It will certainly cause the loss of a major source of Revenues for the Postal Service, will shut down legitimate and legal online business's and cause thousands of jobs to be lost.
