The PACT ACT has already passed the House of Representatives. Call your U.S. Senator's office TODAY and ask them to vote "NO" on Senate Bill S.1147 (the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficing Act.)

• Simply Dial 202-224-3121 - ask for your Senator's office. (Be sure to call and ask for both of your U.S. Senators.)
• Identify yourself as a constituent of that state.
• Say, "I am calling to register my request to please vote NO on S.1147" (You do not have to say you are a smoker - just a constituent.)
• Be polite and concise, and do it twice.

This bill will make it ILLEGAL for you to continue to purchase any cigarettes or tobacco products online or through the mail or FedEx and will force you to pay higher prices for cigarettes and postage.
