the government and the tobacco companies are like the Bloods and the Crips, if one don't get you, the other one will! they are in on it together, and us poor smokers end up holding the bag because we've become addicted to a LEGAL product like cigarettes while these schmucks keep throwing corporate boondoggles for themselves and then taxing the smokers every time they have a budgetary shortfall!

i think that its just unfair as a matter of freedom of choice to limit smokers rights in any way shape or form, especially when tobacco sale, like any industry, has potential for revenue. im very afraid that our society is moving towards making cigarettes widely unavailable, and that is not only unfair to people overall, but it is, in a sense, un-american.
