| have been making my own for 4 months. Using the fresh choice machine and mostly zen tubes. Have solved most of the problems- moisture control, the compaction level, freshness, etc. but one problem solution still evades me. How to keep the cig from losing tobacco from the end . I have tried tamping the end and have been using a device called the closer.( an electric gadget that twirls the free paper inward at the end of the cig . These methods help somewhat but not completely.I was wonering if there is a natural chemical mixture( like moist sugar for instance) that one could daub the cig end in, to seal it . Not wanting to go the route of the cig. companys which I understand use a glue spray to accomplish this. Anyone? |

| No complete solution yet.Working on it. The closer device is just o.k. as delivered. I made modifications to it that have made it much better, and easier to use. Mine is hands free (foot switch) and I added a guide tube of 1 inch so you barely have to look at it to insert a cig., and the added tube keeps the cig. centered and stable. Hopes this helps. |
