Default America Spirit R.Y.O.

If you haven't tried this, you need too.....

This 100% natural tobacco is without a doubt some of

the finest rolling tobacco I've ever smoked. It burns slow

and has fantastic flavor..It's 5.3 ozs. and will roll you about

14 packs appox... I've been getting it from LBSS in Yakima WA.

If you try this , look out you might not ever change again .

Default American Spirit Yellow's

AS Yellow's have been my brand for a while now (almost 4 yrs). I just started RYO cigs...and it's tough (tough to find the Mild/Yellow style tobacco, that is).
Anyone seen it anywhere? That place you mentioned looks great! I've already got an order ready for tomorrow.
I had originally ordered some bags of Criss Cross brand stuff...and, I've gotta tell ya, it's messin' with my chest after I smoke. I've tried to stick it out with what I have...but...I Can hardly wait till morning to go buy a pack of AS Yellows!

I have yet to find a suitable approximation of American Spirit. It's really depressing. I have to shell out $35 for a 6oz can of "rolling tobacco" when someone out there SHOULD be producing a "pipe cut" tobacco that's close.

I tried the "Smokin G" natural (Pure?) and in my opinion, it's crap. It smells like a stale barnyard, but stuffs and smokes well. Maybe it's the burley it's mixed with. I made up a carton for my neighbor with the 8oz bag I got. He likes it well enough.

Now, like I said, a pure light Virginia multi-purpose additive-free tobacco? Any thoughts? Is that too much to ask?

Default tobacco

I've recently tried a tobacco from Gawith Hoggart from "smoking pipes.com" called Kendal Mixture. look under their 'bulk" tobacco tab for it.

It's a little expensive about $55 per pound.

But very nice smoke. almost a hint of flowers. very nice finish also.
