Thumbs up Top T2 Matic rolling machine

Note to all,
Anyone who has a new Republic Tobacco Top T2
matic injector......Make sure you send in the Warranty
card and register it for the year.. I did and it is great
that I did my injector started giving me problems after
3 -4 months. I called Top and talked to them and they
found my warranty and asked what was the problem, so
I told them ,I needed a tamper and injector. They said OK
we'll ship it out today I asked for it this way so as not to
pay all the postage to ship the machine back and forth,so
I'm waiting for the parts right now probably will be here
tomarrow or the next day.....
But I call it A1 service when they will ship it to you
at no cost , and let you fix it under their warranty..
Actually I even ordered an extra tamper,at no cost to try and
make the part steel instead of aluminum,I'm pretty good
at working with my hands, owning a auto ,Jeep repair
shop,doing welding and such.........

BUT MAKE SURE TO SEND IN WARRANTY CARDS.....
VERY IMPORTANT....

Quick question

I want to buy a thedukecigaretterollingmachine.com and I found this one called Duke cigarette rolling machine. Anybody used this one and can give some feedback?
Premium tobacco is way better than regular one? Rolling is a messy job?. I'm a newbie in this "domain" so any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

The latest T2 is a great machine and my favorite of all that I own.

That said - their warranty sucks.

It costs as much to ship it and pay return postage as it does for a new machine.

When my old T2 slipped a ring (need a $30 tool to remount it) I bought a new machine thinking that I'd use the old one for parts. Good idea except they made improvements so that isn't about to happen as the underside mechanism is quite different in the new vs. the old.
