What does it mean by Smooth ? - I smoke Sterling reds which are full flavour but there is a Smooth option ? - Is it like Lights ?

I smoke B&H Smooth which is 8mg, I'd consider it medium strength (considering you can get cigarettes that range from 1mg to 16mg). But the use of these terms can vary a bit between brands. A popular Australian brand, Peter Jackson, also has a Smooth strength which is 6mg.
