I don't consider it a "bad habit" but rather a past time. No different than drinking a cup of coffee every morning.

About ten years ago I was a pack a smoker.

I quit for three months completely.

I decided that if I ever smoked again, it would be by choice, not habit.

Not long after I bought a pack of nonfilter cigs and did just that.

Today a pack of Lucky Strikes will last me a month or longer.

I may or may not smoke on any given day. Some weeks I don't smoke
at all.

What I have discovered, I think, is a way I can really enjoy the taste of
a good cigarette.

And that peaceful quiet moment.

Hello! I quit smoking 6 months back! I felt nothing! I was smoking for around 3 years and used to smoke 10 a day! But today after 6 months long i feel the need to have a smoke! I am confused soul now! :P :P
But going to gym has worked for me! But still i just want to grab a smoke and not feel guilty about it!
