Did anyone else know that in 39 states you will be jailed if you refuse to get a flu shot for the swine flu. This is of course only if a pandemic is announced but the CDC says that will probably come shortly. (emergency state act)

So lets say you refuse.....have you seen the detention centers built under Clinton in te 90's? Said so far they are able to contain 2.5 million in Alaska alone.

Why do I post this?

In 1976 the swine flu broke out. The company making the tamiflu vaccine was the same one who released the vaccine in the 70's. No one died by the swine flue alone HOWEVER 10% of those with the vaccine died. In 2008 President Bush signed into the patriot act that no vaccine company could be held liable for deaths related.

Get a flu shot......or go to jail indefinitely.......or risk the 10% chance of death.....and to think they want to take gun rights away.

Forgot to mention there is a 10% death rate in Mexico right now and only those killed by the swine flu thus far WERE IN FACT GIVEN THE VACCINE! Keep your life and don't get the shot. Why are the death rates IDENTICAL after 30 years on vaccine that does not work?

WOW! Thanks wipeout for this post. I was unaware of we being held on jail if we refuse to get flu shot. I did saw a report on TV that yes infact those who died in 1976 outbreak was because of the flu shot.

Is there a list of states that requires flu shots?

If you want to find a quick list just type in emergency state act compliant states and it should populate a list of compliant states. I am trying to get a passport asap to get out of the country but I doubt it will come in on time. I would rather be on vacation than locked up in a detention center for not getting vaccinated. Good luck to everyone.....I hope none of you die :/

What you think they are going to go door to door to see if you have not gotten the flu shot? I have never gotten a flu shot and will never get a flu shot and just let them try to take me to jail, my gun will show the way.

When I woke this morning my flag still waved that I was living in the land of the free and if I do not want to take that damn flu shot I am not going to take it.

If there is a pandemic announced.....I guess the only person to complain to will be yourself. This was once the land of the free....but as time progresses I see less and less freedom.
