I notice some reviewers on here call Newport an urban brand. As in this aint a good brand if you want a REAL cig to smoke.

I respectfully disagree. A lotta smokers in my town call Newports a real cig. And they a real cig to me compared to the sheety-tasting Camels. That brand would make me quit smoking for good.

If you got a problem with Newport being a popular brand for urban smokers, at least we still smokers period. I'm sure the smoking rate would go down a lot if urban folks didn't smoke period, including urban teens.

Cause where I come from, you eitha smoke Newports or cigars around here if you gonna smoke at all. I'd ratha smoke the best cigs in America instead of smoke stogies in my neighborhood.

Urban? What exactly do you mean? You saying only colored people like them or something? Are you embracing stereotype my man?

Please, don't bring that kind of stuff into smoking. Everybody of all different cultures and races enjoy Newports and other types of smokes. Don't call Newport anything other than a cigarette. Seriously. Don't do it.
