I've been to a local store twice this past week to buy Marlboro 100s and they were out. There is a medium size poster hanging behind the counter with pictures of about 10 different brands/packs of Marlboros. The poster says that your brand or pack or whatever is guaranteed to be in stock or you get a free pack or coupon or something. (I didn't have my glasses on.)
So I asked the cashier and she didn't know anything about except that she knows the sign is there (duh!), so she took my name and number to give to the manager, but no one has contacted me yet.


I'm wondering if it's through the store.
I couldn't find a link anywhere concerning the guarantee.

Has anyone else seen this poster or sign or know anything about this?

You should contact Phillip Morris directly, I'm sure they'll resolve this quickly.
