Hello,

I'm Jay, and I've been a smoker for a lil more than 10 years. I'm also the same Jay who has posted on various smokers rights forums. I got my own smokers rights blog too.

I used to be a longtime Newport smoker. But ever since Big Tobacco brands became FSCs, I've been trying various Native brands at Blackhawk Tobacco. I came across one thread on here about Native brands, and my shop has "sample cartons" I can buy, with the brands of my choice.

What I like about smoking Natives is I don't get headaches anymore, and I don't get drowsy afta chainsmoking the Newports. Newports used to make me hungry afta I chainsmoke a few. And the funny part is I ate before I lit up the first cig for my smoking session!

Natives don't make me drowsy or "hungry" at all afta I chainsmoke those instead.

I actually laugh at some of these smokers comments I read over the net on FSCs. Those cigs got pieces of wood in em now? I ain't smoking wood. LOL I'm now smoking cigs with nothang but tobacco in em and no additives, perservatives, and the extra poisonous chemicals.

My favorite Native brand is Blackhawks, with Senecas in second.

If more smokers learned to switch to Natives or at least switch to MYO/RYO, then the govts and antismoking orgs would lose LOTS of money since nobody would be buying Big Tobacco brands anymore!

I can understand a smoker who quits since FSCs taste gross and got poisonous chemicals in em. But if you still enjoy smoking, why botha quitting? You can switch to smoking Natives instead. Several Native brands taste like a normal version of a premium cig non-FSC brand. Native cartons are MUCH cheaper than Big Tobacco cartons too.

Blackhawk is my only smoke shop online where I can get real and fresh Native cigs at.

Yes, that cooljay78 from the brand review list IS me. And yes, I have smoked all of those brands I wrote reviews on for real.

Now if you asked me to rank all of the brands I smoked in my life, that would be tough. lol

Newports are my #1 brand period. Marlboro Reds are my #1 regular brand.

But as far as my best Native-made brands go:

Seneca would be #1 overall (based on the list I saw on this site). Seneca Reds and Seneca Lights both taste like (and even smell like) Marb Reds and Marb Lights respectively. Seneca FF Menthols taste a lot like Newports. Although Blackhawk Menthols are a lot more closer to having the Newport taste literally.
