Marlboro.com/outwit - Access Denied - Anyone else having problems?

I am trying to get my Marlboro team together for the Outwit the West contest but no one that I sent the URL Marlboro.com/outwit can access it?

I'm getting this message and so is everyone else:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.marlboro.com/outwit" on this server.

Anyone else having this problem?

Same here....perhaps they canceled the contest? does anyone have the latest info on this?

I can access, no problem.

First page has two options, Register and Sign In.
