I make my own cigarettes, and am wondering if it's legal to sell them. I live in Ohio. If it's legal, is there a limit. I would be selling them to friends, and their friends, all of legal age.

I think it is, I'm not sure I mean you pay the tax on it and I haven't seen PSAs warning it's illegal if people ask to pay me 50 cents for a single cig which happened fairly often. When was the last time someone got in trouble for it. I would do it anyway if there were a legal case someone could just say your giving them the cigs for free and they pay you the money for anything else like water, hanging out with you etc. That would be perfectly legal.

i am not sure, i also do not know whether you need to pay the tax on it or not, if you really are ready to sell, you can check the problems with the related deparment, that is good for you. But i think both for you and your customers, they are the good deals.

I think its pretty obvious that its illegal to sell home made cigarettes, not just in the US but just about anywhere in the world. I don't think your government like to miss out on all the taxes they currently charge for pre rolled cigarettes. So if you do decide to start selling them, i'd keep it on the down low. That will save you plenty of marketing expenses too
