Flip Top Cigarette Packaging, where can I buy them?

Hi I am looking for flip top cigarette packaging, preferably in paperboard or any other type of cheap material. Does anybody know where I could get like 50 packs for like $50 - $70 dollars? most custom places want to charge me $168 for 50 which would kill me.
