Hi everyone I'm a new member, wondering if anyone knows of a reliable website to order cigarettes from? Obviously it would have to be an international store because of the PACT act. Has anyone had luck in receiving cigarettes by mail after the passage of PACT?

Unfortunately, you cannot order from overseas either. I used to use a site from europe called hot-cigs. I placed an order on july26 and one on aug.2. I never got my orders nor did I get the ones they reshipped. I guess the PACT act does include shipping from overseas. A lot of these places will say that they are still shipping to the us, but you have a high chance of not getting them. They said if I don't get my orders by next week, they will refund my money.

There are a couple on here that reliable. Check out airport or discountcigs. They have reviews from people who have used them and I've used both before to order cigarettes.

Has anyone seen a review from cheapcigarettesoutlet.com? I am looking for Benson & Hedges Menthol and they are one of very few sites that have them. I believe hotcigs was the only other one.

Has anyone dealt with indian cigarettes online? I was looking at the site earlier and tried to call them to see if they do not sell/give info to a 3rd party. No answer though.

I ordered 10 cartons on November 4, 2010. I paid by western union and they received the money. my account still says "PENDING" after a long wait of it saying "WAITING FUNDS". I have sent them numerous emails with no reply regarding the shipment of my cigarettes.

I, too, ordered from this website on November 4th. Sent my money via Western Union as their detailed order form instructed me to do and have not received my cigarette order (over $300), no replies to the over 20 emails I have sent them. NOTHING. Of course, now I learn how unsafe it is to ship money via Western Union to unknown persons - big scam going on this way. Once they get your money, there is not way to trace them or get your money back. An expensive lesson to learn at Christmas time. I have used dutyfreedepot and received my order (only one carton) within 3 weeks. I ordered from cheapcigarettesoutlet.com as they are the only ones who offer Misty Blue 120's. And their cigs were really cheap. Guess it was just two good teasers to get you hooked and get your money. stay away from them and spread the word. AVOID CHEAPCIGARETTESOUTLET.COM as all costs (like $300 for me). BOO HOO.

I meant to mention that you CAN still order cigarettes overseas. The PACT act only applies to cigarette distributors within the US. You can receive cigs from overseas and there are still some reliable sources out there, but we sure they DON"T say to send your payment via Western Union. If they use E-checks or a credit cards, then you are a little more protected.
