Default The Terrible Face of Tobacco Smoking

According to a research of American Cancer Society, lung cancer is the leading and major cause of death in America. Both men and women are affected with this disease and being the most escapable type of cancer; more than 87% of the total lung cancer cases are because of tobacco smoking. Tobacco is a slow killer but it kills horribly. Some people want to give up smoking but they fail every time and they need stop smoking help to successfully quit smoking.

It has also been said that it takes many years for a person to die because of smoking but let me clear the misunderstanding that it’s not always the case, sometimes it takes young people down. Tobacco smoking is just like carrying a loaded gun with yourself and you don’t know when it’s going to go off and blow you out. Tobacco cigarettes can blow out your lungs, kidneys and throat. I don’t mean to sound harsh but that’s the fact and smoking does more than this to us, even horrific. I still advise all the smokers to go for stop smoking help and find out some smoke medications; alternatives which can help you kick this smoking habit out of you.

Most of the people continue to smoke because they think that they have enough time to quit before it causes the damage. There is no way that you are going to know about when it’s going to strike you with a deathly disease and then it will be very late. Don’t waste another day of your valuable and gifted life in tobacco smoking, which is going to give you pleasure for a few minutes but killing you in the end.

"Blow out my lungs." That's a bit on the extreme side, no?

I'm going to die someday. If I die from smoking then I hope that the last cigarette I smoke is amazing.
