You gonna lie to the world you helped the 700 recognized (world-wide) online tobacco retailers that have millions of customers in the USA with a hand up? How the Pact Act you signed represents the "New Slavery" of (voting) Citizen Smokers in America and around the world? Did you even read the 16 page PACT Act? I mean, if you didn't read the Immigration Reform bill at 16 pages....

A lot of online retailers won't just close down, because many have brick-n-mortar outlets where anybody can just drive up and get the discounted cigs. However, a lot more retailers will be shut down. Hopefully, some of them can eke out a living trying to sell cigars and menthol cigarettes on and offline.

Must be a blackmarket but I don't know how to access it. I'm going to try rolling my own, but I understand you can't even order loose tobacco overseas now. I have been buying overseas for years.

Ah but you can still buy "pipe tobacco". You can buy tubes and injectors separately but not in the same order. So yeah it's pretty much make your own. I think ethnic grocery stores sell smuggled or counterfeit cigs under the counter but usually stores will sell them at slightly cheaper and they look the same, you need special equipment to tell the difference between real and fake cigs. I personally use snus, dip and smoke a pipe now, but from a cost saving perspective in my state that's hardly an improvement.

Yeah, you can still send cig cartons in the mail to US troops overseas. At least hopefully you can send the troops cigs. I heard some people are trying to get sending cigs to troops added as an exception to the PACT Act. Since no cig mail deliveries include no cig mailing overseas. Not just within the USA mail.

Im now rolling my own and with Red River smooth pipe tobbacco,
and they are really rathyer good....NO FSC , the tubes are rice papers...

Iv'e been buying over seas. and Im gonna let things calm
down a little bit and maybe try to get them again in a couple months..

You didn't buy smokes from the Native territories or through the mail, you would have missed it. Our Socialist Republic has decided smoking should be banned and they are doing whatever possible to make it happen including banning the shipment of cigarettes through the mail.

So what exactly is meant by no smokes in the mail anymore? I thought Americans were lucky and customs didn't care about this. To the north here in Canada it's probably a 50/50 or worse that our cartons won't get through customs which is a bitch since I can't buy Lucky Strikes here!
