Hi guys, I'm not gonna lie, I signed up to write about my terrible ongoing experience with this online cigarette store. But hey, I also found this website due to it.

So here it goes: I tried buying a pack of Marlboro Menthol Black on onocigarettes.com sometime mid-December. Since then, I have not heard a single thing from them other than the confirmation email that my order has been processed as complete. I've tried writing countless emails on their website and through their sales email address with no response whatsoever.

So all in all, just warning you guys about this site, I had no reason to believe that they would do me like this considering that I couldn't find any results for people getting scammed via a search through google.

I too have been scammed by Elliot Enterprises. It's been more than 8 weeks no cigarettes or refund . What do I do? They don't answer the phone or it's always busy. Help!

I don't think there is much you can do about it except get the work out and let others know. I see they took their site down. How did you hear about this site? Email? Search? Friend?

I've tried to write them when they answer they say the check is in the mail. Can I go legal is it worth the timne and money ? Just for the aggravation alone.

I would think it's probably not worth the hassle to go after them or the headache. Was this an offshore site or was it a US based?
