| How can I go about getting money refunded to me from a fraudulant internet tobacco company? Smokeonsale.com had taken payment on my order a month ago and I still haven't received it. 2 weeks ago they responded to 1 of my many, many emails and said the order should be there any day now! Since then I haven't gotten any emails answered and the phone number on the website never gets answered. Can I have my bank electronically get the money back? or am I screwed? ![]() Last edited by barfly; 01-31-2010 at 03:42 AM. |

| Red alert for all tobacco merchants. Here is cigarettes-cigars.com; please black list this fraud man Wade Bartholomew; we shipped him his parcel and as soon he received our shipping advice he claimed at his credit card company. He is a fraud man smoking free and frauding merchants. Blacklist him. Admin cigarettes-cigars.com Last edited by Chief Smoker; 01-27-2010 at 11:58 PM. |

| Thanks Chief, I did order 6 cartons from that company. I'm gonna give them another week to either get me the smokes or at least respond to me. I hope they didn't get seized. Will post any progress. |

![]() They just arrived via U.S. Postal and I signed for them. They are not from the U.S. and I can't begin to guess as the letters I recognize are the ones that say Marlboro Gold originals. I'm just glad they got here! Last edited by barfly; 01-31-2010 at 03:43 AM. |
