Here's a transcript of the conversation and dealings with this unscrupulous merchant. To note, I did file a chargeback with my credit card company (glad I used my Visa card instead of my debit card) and then a week and a half later the package arrived at my door. I did the honorable thing and refused delivery of the package and it's being returned to sender.

I've heard from several other's with similar experiences with this company and it's all been nearly identical. Stay away from them!

And secondly: it is true that I wrote more than six mails malis and got all in all three replies.
We often buy in the internet, but never before it happened that aomething we paid for three weeks before does not get to us. This is unbelievable and as I already wrote unserious business.

Exclamation Stay away from these companies

The company euro-cig.com does business under many domain names and they are unreliable, unprofessional, and downright deceitful so beware, don't do business with them. They typically operate under the following domain name cigarettes-cigars.com and others (such as uk.cigarettes-cigars.com). All the domain names that use them as a source for cigarettes have an identical product browsing, purchasing, and account managment system just with a different overlay to their website. You should be able to tell fairly quickly once you see one of their sites.

Stay away from them!
