Default No. Cal., can I buy Seneca's locally?

I think I just got taken by CD2U, Dbestone.com. I ordered my usual 4 cartons on Dec. 7th and they deducted the electronic check and sent me the tracking number on the 8th. I sent them 3 emails that go unanswered and I see the website is down. I have also found that I am not alone buy the other posts.

My son buys Senecas at an Indian Reservation in MN and I was wondering if there is any place to buy Senecas locally here in No. Cal? I am now not sure about any online purchases so would like to find a local store.

The phonebook is your friend. The indians have set up a pretty decent distribution when they saw Democrats taking office and knew the Dems would kill mail order eventually. I have been shocked to find Senecas and Buffalos (even better than Senecas IMO) at local shops all around me in the past few months. Most local shops would love your business and gladly tell you if they had them in stock.

Thanks for your reply but I have called about 20 shops in my area and no one carries either Seneca or Buffalo brand. Are there any online places to buy anymore where you can be assured that you will get the cigarettes? The CD2U experience has me suspect of buying online now. Is Cigarettes Express still OK?

The problem is that soon ALL tobacco shops will be closed from conducting business on-line. The senate has momentum on this and Obama has already expressed his eagerness to sign the bill that would make shipping tobacco products illegal. I used to do business with this shop [url=http://www.blackhawktobaccoshop.com /url] and can vouch for them being legit. However to avoid problems as CD2U is having right now they will only accept payments by check. The good thing is they located in CA so if there was a problem to occur you could at least drive to get your money back or just drive to buy your smokes direct. They also have a forum if you have any questions on other cigarettes they carry along with questions for the shop owner. Good company but the payment option was just never for me.

There are a couple of shops around me where I can find those types of brands. If I were you, I would go to my local tobacconist and ask him where I can get

______(type brand there) and if he doesn't know, request if he can order cartons specifically for you and you can pay a little extra.
