"IF" I get them I will gladly let you all know.
When they closed down the phone and website and debit your money AFTER they are raided and closed looks like scamming to me. Maybe they were just lucky for a few years.

Now I see why they told me they were going to online checks ONLY? I should have known.....don't you think thats odd that they won't except credit anymore? I ordered a carton, (thank God I just ordered one this time) Dec 7th, check cleared and still nothing. My bank did tell me I still can go to one of my branches and fill out a dispute form. Sneaky bastards! Welcome to the making of a Socialized country..thanks Obama.

I agree they got the money and we got nothing!
To support them woudl not be very smart.

Unhappy So bummed out

I placed my first order with them (never bought smokes online) on 12-7. Received a confirmation on 12-8 that they were processing my order and thats all she wrote nothing since. I did pay by credit card and it is on my card so I'm hoping I can do something with the card company to get my money back but who knows. Terrible first experience... not sure if I'll buy online again.

Your lucky, since its on a CC you can dispute it. Looks like yours never got to the shipped stage. Mine supposedly shipped on 12/8 but is no where to be found.

Since they probably got took down by the tax man and they now have our records anyway I decided to file postal fraud. We'll see if that does anything towards getting my money back.

FYI I went to my credit union this morning to dispute the the money they stole. They told me they couldn't do anything because it was done by check and online checks are no different ( which I was worried about ). It's not considered fraud unless they charged me more money than what was on the check or how ever you paid.??? Thank God I didn't buy 5 cartons like I normally do. I only bought one which was $25.00 which I am still mad at. They told me all I could do is deal with it through the BBB....uggg! Id rather poke my self in the eye with a long stick lol. So Im going to have to bite that one. So much for saving on cigarettes. I live by the border so I guess we will be making trips to Nogalas. Im not taking a chance on the internet anymore. Too much is going on with this government sticking their dirty fingers in everything we do.
