First of all I enjoy a good smoke. But I am getting a reaction to the carbon monoxide that bothers me. Is there a cigarette with a low carbon monoxide content or is that an impossibility when smoking a cig?

It could be the FSC paper that is bothering your lungs and the chemicals burning with it. You may want to try a native brand not all chemical'ed up that is 100% tobacco and non-fsc. This will probably assist with the problem you are having. Good thing is they are cheaper than premiums .

Depending on where you live you may only be able to buy non-fsc cigarettes. If you are smoking them, try the shop rating section where you can find online shops that specifically sell NON FSC smokes.
