Does that mean Perique Natural American Spirits are going to be banned as well? It's a flavor, per-say, but it's also a "type" of tobacco. I would be really bummed if they took these off the shelves

I hope not...

But I doubt it. I think the ban is covering more the citrus etc. flavored ones, no t just natural tobacco.

Not mention they are targeting menthol smokers too :/. Look at most EU based cigarette sites and how the selection of menthol is typically limited and most times out of stock. The EU is harsh on menthol and you can bet the FDA will be too since they say "it targets African American citizens and as such should be banned". I am not African American but I love menthol like many others.

On another note though, with Mexico recently legalizing most drugs including cocaine, "x", and marijuana along with dropping the idea to target cigarette makers as American's flood there borders for hopes of cheaper smokes, I see menthol being available their for years to come. May take a long trip but who cares as long as we are not supporting our own government waste of tax dollars. FYI, the border will only allow you to cross with 2 cartons per persons possession. This does not mean though you can't turn around and run back after dropping those cartons off . Many cheap things to be had in MEXICO!
