Interesting site I just found out of Kentucky. Just placed my first order too. I live in NC where prices are cheap but I have always wanted to try 32 degrees menthol and simply can't find it here. Will post back with my experience of this company. Main reason I chose them.....no reporting...and accepts plastic (big pro).

Review to come

Wipeout,

Sorry, we dont allow posts for websites in the forum so I modified your thread.

You CAN however add that store to the online shop section and write a review of your experience when you get your smokes, in fact - we encourage it!

Sorry about that chief , really didn't mean to break the rules.

Will definitely try to do that for every smokers benefit.

Thanks

Sorry buddy, I can't post it here but I did put in for it to be added to the list of shops. If you are used to NC tobacco prices, this place will impress. I felt lazy today and didn't want to drive 40 minutes to buy my normal brand. Local gas stations in NC hiked up prices expecting a drop in sales. They actually created there own drop as smokers are relaying information on the shops to be loyal to. If this place delivers and am impressed I will probably just start using them. For the price minus tax it comes out roughly the same as local on most brands.

I sincerely hope the govt doesn't learn about that shop, and the authorities force the shop to close down. Because if that ever happens, the shop will be forced to show the orders then.

Smoke shops that accept plastic is more like a big minus to me. These are the shops that are most likely to report orders, even if they're ever forced to report orders as part of a future lawsuit.

I know two smoke shops that used to accept plastic. But when both shops got sued, they showed the customers' orders then. One of those shops is no longer in business. The other shop has a new rule making it clear that they DO report customers orders.

I guess the truth is I am the lucky one for living in a tobacco supported state. If I ever did get hit with a bill it would still only cost $3.50 a carton plus whatever interest penalty. We had most retailers here raise their pricing by carton $7 over the recent price changes and increases. I got fumed over the fact I could not beat the price. A shop I was loyal to for 8 years (only 20 minutes away in "rural-ville" decided to keep prices fair and not where they just made more profit a sale. When I asked how sales were doing the only response was "I've never seen volume like this after a tax hike". So in turn I will not be buying from them again since I have my old new cigarette store but I see your point definitely and I do have to make one suggestion. If CC reporting is what people would fear the most the person could always use a prepaid card with a close to but not perfect match of their name on delivery. The name would look like a mistake but allow the consumer limited liability since they were not the "said" name on delivery.

Sites delivery time is pretty bad. Order has only been invoiced for 4 days with no promise of ship time yet so if anyone had interest I would say look elsewhere. (if you google d best one (all words running together) you can quickly find which site I was referring to).

Good luck in your cheaper cigarette quest!

If you ever did get hit with a bill for back tobacco taxes, it would be for a lot more than what you actually ordered. The revenuers assume that the reporting smokeshop doesn't report all your orders, so they multiply what was reported by a factor of 3 or more before calculating your tax bill. Then they try to scare you into paying it by sending you a letter stating that you received illegal, unstamped tobacco products. You're only way out of paying is to keep all the empty packs so you can prove that all the packs you got online had tax stamps on them. Make sure you do not remove the cellophane from the empty packs because the tax stamps are attached to the cellophane on the bottom of the packs.

You can't use a credit card to purchase online. It was outlawed. Credit card companies don't allow it. Some CC companies also don't allow sales from offline dealers as well. If you used a CC for an online sale recently, that shop will be hit by revenuers for illegally accepting credit cards. Good luck with having your bank issue you a credit card with a phoney name on it unless you used a phoney name to open your account.

Most online retailers nowadays only take ACH payments (Automatic Clearing House) from your checking account. Unless you have a phoney name on your bank account, the name on the delivery will be your full name. There won't be no "Mistake" on the spelling of your name on the delivery label.

Did want to post my experience with the company.

Placed the order last Tuesday around 2pm. The order shipped this Tuesday and was received today. I read a few reviews with people talking about old cigarettes but my regular doral brand was from last month (c9). Only problem is I did not realize KY was a fsc state so they are fsc :/

I also ordered some 32 degrees cigarettes....hm.....if you read this just write them off as an option.

Overall impression: Not bad, but could definitely ship products faster. Using a prepaid credit card and bogus name and I am sure you can get off the hook for out of state charges since (in my opinion) nothing would validate. I wont use them again solely because of fsc but they are decent to say the least. Very discrete shipping.
