It's only time consuming for the time it takes on the learning curve. You make this RYO a habit and the time factor don't matter no more. In 4 months of doing this, it takes me 8-10 minutes to make 2 packs. The most I have rolled in one sitting was 15 packs of 100s in about an hour and a half

Well that's pretty impressive. I just may give it a shot. I try to hide it, but it has always mesmerized me, just going on youtube and watching people use the whole rolling machine thingy and sliding that tobacco in that hollow tube, and then just grabbing it and lighting it up, it just seems so natural and independent to me. I know I'm getting a bit too into it. But hey, Just smoke.

Thumbs up

Go to smokersoutletonline (the link is near the bottom of US Cigarette Shops on the homepage) and order from there while you still can. This thing with the Pact Act could be anytime now and online or telephone ordering will be no more. Their starter kit with the Supermatic injection roller is $87 which includes the roller, tubes w/filters, 1 lb of the cigarette tobacco that cost $42 a lb, a zen or zig-zag cigarette pack holder and whatever else they are currently offering. You can get a starter kit with other types of rolling machines as well. I picked the supermatic because it rolls non-filter, kings and 100s, is made of metal and has a rubber bottom and because I heard it was the best roller. I've had the tiny top and bugler rollers that fit in your pocket but, I wasn't happy with them for making whole packs and cartons in one sitting. At least you'll have what you need to do RYO even after online sales stop. They sell pounds of cigarette and pipe tobacco at most Walgreens and other stores.

Top-o-matic roller works fine for me. I enjoy experimenting with the flavored tubes, injected with FF cigarette and pipe tobaccos. I really like the Zen blueberry tubes and the menthol tubes that have the crystals in the filter. Nice to see this forum still going pretty strong.

I rolled 200 cigarettes the other day in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was using a tops roller. I found it very relaxing.

Question What is an American to do?

We had a guest here from the UK, who got me started with Amber Leaf - And it is simply the most delicious cigarette ever! But, I've only got enough for a few more cigarettes - What can I do? Seriously! In the meantime, I'd like to research & test a few ready-made boxed brands (packs) that are close to it. ...For when I run out! I must find a ready-made brand that tastes (at least something like) Amber Leaf! ANy help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
