| Since the fed tobacco tax increase goes into effect as of April 1, that means now's a good time to stock up on cartons of your favorite brand(s). That way, you won't have to worry about buying cigs for a while when April 1 comes. I heard online the tax increase applies to the all natural Native brands as well. It's sad the tax increase even applies to cigar/MYO smokers. So I guess MYO smokers gotta "stock up" on several pounds of tobacco and several cartons of cig tubes before April comes. PM ain't waiting til April 1st for the cig prices to go up. They raised the prices of all of their brands yesterday, including Marlboros.

| It's an unreal $6.50 a carton increase this time and that's nothing compared to the increases for RYO products. Look at Obama; signed the SCHIP bill w/o even reading it. He probably don't even know that it will be funded with these new tobacco tax increases. |

| I might be wrong, and I hope I am. But that increase on cartons applies to Native brands/small tobacco brands. Which might mean the days of me spending only 15 bucks for a carton of Senecas online or 17 bucks for Kick will be over. But I'm still gonna smoke those premium-like brands. They are a lot more cheaper than Newports I'll admit. A Newport carton online is just about as expensive as spending 50 bucks for a Newport carton in Indiana....56 bucks with the tax increase. 40-46 bucks for a Newport carton online ain't that much cheaper.

| RYO is getting hit the hardest. I stocked up on 8 pounds. Beyond that, I think it will spoil. With the new price, it works out to about 3.00 a pack including tubes so it isn't real bad.
