The past few months, about 4-5 per day. Prior to that, 0-2 per day. But I've done a 4-5 phase before and went back. The most I've ever smoked in 1 day has been about 15. But more than 5 and I feel sick. I also go through periods (weeks, sometimes months) of not smoking at all. Most recent (about 2 months ago) was 2 weeks without, then right back to 4-5 per day.
Apparently, according to scientific studies, a person's not even considered a "smoker" unless they smoke at least 10 a day! Seems bizarre. |
