Always. I never buy packs because I don't plan on quitting until they plant me in the ground. Also since I order online (to avoid FSC...although not much longer) I have to buy them in cartons.

I don't order cartons at all now. I just roll my own and I order tobacco by the pound and cigarette tubes by mail.

As all my family smokes I buy large quantities of cigarettes weekly or twice a week for all my family!

Never. I used to always buy by the carton when I smoked regularly; now that I smoke so infrequently, I just pick up a pack when needed.
