The government of the Ukraine has siezed all exports

of cigarettes leaving the country.They stopped ALL

exports as of Oct. 20th , 2011. I recieved a notice from

discountcigarettesworld. They said the

government had to perform a financial and compliance audit check,

and would resume delivery when they could ..I think the dates were actually

earlier than this, because I've had smokes ordered since late

Sept. from different shops in the Ukraine area...

I would watch ordering smokes right now because their might

be some companies out there to take advantage of this...

One thing people should realize when you order offshore you are, to some extent, rolling the dice!

Even though you're rolling the dice, and sometimes it takes a bit longer since it is coming form overseas, as long as you order well in advance, you shouldn't really be out of cigarettes.
