Buying smokes online and paying state tax.

I live in NYC, I am looking for a specific brand of smokes which is Blackstone Filtered Little Cigars. I can't find them anywhere except online. Though every site I go to online (that actually carries them) is not in NY state. So what do I do? I don't think I want to test my luck with buying them at little to no tax and then be audited + massive penalty fines for unpaid taxes down the line.
