You must have gone to Ferris Beuhler's school. All grades could use the smoking lounge in my high school. There was also an outside area. I think these facilities became available so that "smoking in the boy's room" would become an obsolete disciplinary aspect of schooling. There were no approved facilities in grade school. The school yard was fenced so I and a bunch of others smoked on the other side. Generally had enough time to huff two after lunch. Those were great cigs and would leave my head spinning. I loved it when non-smoking classmates would tell me I stinked. I'd just tell them that they didn't know what they were missing. A few saw the light and switched teams. The smoker's clique was the place to be. It was evenly divided between girls and boys. The socialization that developed with the shared experience was priceless and hugely formative. That alone was enough reason to become a smoker.

I first hid the one or two of them i had been given by some friends in enclosed candle lamps i had in my room. When i started giving my friends to get me a pack i hid them in my oriental jewelry box. After it being discovered by my little sis. I was given my great grandmas wooden box that had the name of the town in Arkansas she was from, i started hiding them in there. I have forever since hid them there under my bed. My mom doesn't know i still smoke (iv been caught once already). i dont want to jinx it, but this spot has served me well.

i didn't have to hide them. it was kind of public knowledge that i was 18 during my senior year. we weren't allowed to smoke on campus, of course, but we could leave for lunch so we'd just smoke then. my friends that were under age just kept their packs in my car since the campus police didn't mess with me.

under the seat of my truck, under my mattress, and in the bottom drawer of a file cabinet that was in my room for one reason or another. until my mother(who i lived with at the time) decided she was ok with me smoking, at which case, i started "hiding" them in the freezer(i bought cartons and it is where we keep them... for freshness i guess)
