So far American Spirit, Winston and Nat Sherman are the only additive-free cigarette brands I've heard of. Are there anymore that I'm missing?

Dunhills (at least in Europe).
Interesting thing is that European Winstons are not additive free

In Canada, Northfields are pretty widely available. They're not American Spirits, but they're still one of the top 5 brands available here, and my favourite of them all. Some guy in another thread is hating on them, but I can't see why. The tobacco quality is good, it gives a terrific buzz, and it's generally just more satisfying per cigarette than any other brand available here, esp the ridiculously overrated Davidoffs etc.
