Im from New Zealand and packs of 20s 2 years ago were $10nzd for cheap ones and $12 for the good brand now its $14 for cheap and $17 for good brand like marlboro. so in 2 more years It will be $20 per pack so 1 dollar a smoke which is double the price it used to be!!

Here in Macedonia there is not much choice.
I prefer to smoke Camel-here they are 2$ for a pack, so its about 20$ for a carton.
Marlboro is about 2 euros, Karelia is about the same, Winston is a bit cheaper than camel, but still it holds a good quality.
