CarolinaCartons had the last of their NON FSC cigarettes for sale this past Sunday January 10, 2010. I got 4 cartons ordered. They sold fast on their website. Can't wait to get them. I will cherish them dearly. BTW overseas cigs are still NON FSC. They taste a little different than the same brand made in the USA but are still better than US FSC cigarettes that are only available now. My recommendation is use the vendors listed on this site. If you have questions about it, read the reviews. If you're considering one that is not listed, chances are it's a scam. Always research your online vendor through online sources. I've been scammed a couple times.
