FSC Cigarettes are here to stay, you'll have to shop at an international store to get non-fsc smokes. Here's the kicker, foreign tobacco is not what you are used to in terms of flavor and harshness. Tobacco produced in Switzerland, Asia or the Eastern block is going to taste different than what you are used to in the US.

Currently the only state that has not yet passed legislation is Wyoming. They have filed but not yet passed.

Nevada, South Dakota, North Dakota, Ohio, Missouri, and Mississippi has passed legislation but it has not yet become effective.

All other states have passed the legislation and it has become effective.
